Cancellation and Refund

Once the order is received and processed it cannot be cancelled as a lot of time and efforts are put into the making of the product.

We do not offer Refund, for custom made pieces, pieces which are made to measure; we do not exchange it, we only provide alteration facility which is FOC for the first time.

In case of incorrect size and fitting issue, we offer Exchange or alteration which is FOC for the first time.

For Defective/Damage or Incorrect Item we offer Exchange and not Refund/Return.
